2013 has arrived and this year represents the 13th Anniversary of Courier Post Ltd.
From our humble beginnings to the present, our goals and direction have remained true. We have strived to provide the highest quality service.
While our staff and facilities have grown over the years, our dedication to our customers has not changed and because of that, Courier Post would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, past and present, for their support and custom and also for the confidence placed in our company.

In August 2012, Courier Post successfully met the quality standards required to maintain its ISO 9001quality accreditation. The assessment was audited by The British Assessment Bureau who themselves are accredited via UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) which is the only accreditation body recognised by the British government to assess organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. ISO 9001 is the quality benchmark designed to ensure process management is at the heart of good business practice. Expectations of continual process improvement and tracking customer satisfaction are central to the accreditation.
Director Graham Hayes says: “We’ve put a great deal of effort into implementing the requirements of ISO 9001; we have embraced the process and use it as a self-review exercise. We are pleased to announce that, in this latest assessment, we have successfully maintained our management system in line with the requirements of the Standard with no non-compliance issues reported.”

In August 2009, Steve Beales joined the company as the Warehouse Manager with the task of improving systems and quality as well as maintaining the warehouse.

Courier Post Ltd has appointed Bryn Jones as their new business development manager.
Bryn joins Courier Post as part of the company’s continued efforts to identify new areas of business where the company’s core strengths provide a competitive advantage, and to develop active leads in those areas.
Bryn started his career in the newspaper industry, moving into sales and business development with Yell, publishers of Yellow Pages and Yell.Com before joining the UK’s largest in the web design and web marketing company based Rugby. He has also won the National Gold Award for Customer Retention and also a National Team Award, two distinctions only bestowed to the top performers in the country.
Bryn Jones, business development manager commented, “I am extremely pleased to be joining Courier Post at a time when it is rapidly developing and companies are becoming increasingly aware of our excellent services.
