In August 2012, Courier Post successfully met the quality standards required to maintain its ISO 9001quality accreditation. The assessment was audited by The British Assessment Bureau who themselves are accredited via UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) which is the only accreditation body recognised by the British government to assess organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. ISO 9001 is the quality benchmark designed to ensure process management is at the heart of good business practice. Expectations of continual process improvement and tracking customer satisfaction are central to the accreditation.

In August 2009, Steve Beales joined the company as the Warehouse Manager with the task of improving systems and quality as well as maintaining the warehouse.

Bryn joins Courier Post as part of the company’s continued efforts to identify new areas of business where the company’s core strengths provide a competitive advantage, and to develop active leads in those areas.
Bryn started his career in the newspaper industry, moving into sales and business development with Yell, publishers of Yellow Pages and Yell.Com before joining the UK’s largest in the web design and web marketing company based Rugby. He has also won the National Gold Award for Customer Retention and also a National Team Award, two distinctions only bestowed to the top performers in the country.
