Courier Post Ltd has been awarded two additional ISO standards, they are ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System). These two new certifications are in addition to the ISO 9001:2008 standard that Courier Post has held since 2010.
With the three standards, it establishes Courier Post Ltd as a leading business in the courier industry.
The independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau, a leading certification body and demonstrates Courier Post’s commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.
Courier Post has now earned the right to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau Quality Shield and ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 14001:2004 logo’s to demonstrate our conformance to the standards.
The awards require organisations to have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
Courier Post’s Quality Manager, Stephen Beales said “We are particularly pleased to have achieved the two additional certifications as it underlines our commitment to our customers and our focus on the environment, data security as well as quality. We are the only Same Day Courier out of our top 10 competitors that hold all three standards”.
“Not many customers get to see their suppliers’ ‘back-office’ activities. This recognition demonstrates we can provide a quality solution from quotation to delivery.”
Courier Post Ltd has 15 years experience within the same day courier industry and has grown steadily from its formation in 2000.
