Customer Satisfaction Survey Report – January 2014

A Customer Satisfaction Survey was undertaken in January 2014 to evaluate customer satisfaction responses. In statistical terms, the survey can be relied on with a high degree of accuracy.

The following statistical data was collated from the survey:

  • 83% of customers commented that the speed of collection was excellent  and 17% as very good 100% of customers commented that the speed of delivery was excellent
  • 83% of customers commented that the driver helpfulness was excellent  and 17% as very good
  • 100% of customers commented that the office staff helpfulness was excellent 75% of customers commented that the vehicle cleanliness was very good and 25% as excellent
  • 66% of customers commented that driver appearance was excellent, 34% as very good 100% of customers commented that the customer service was excellent
  • 83% of customers commented that the speed of the P.O.D was excellent  and 17% as very good
  • 83% of customers commented that the security of product was excellent  and 17% as very good
  • 75% of customers commented that their customer feedback was excellent and 25% as very good
  • 66% of customers commented that the price was excellent, 34% as very good

Overall the following conclusions can be drawn –

There is a high level of satisfaction from customers and the survey content reflected in 97.3% of respondents rating Courier Post Ltd’s overall performance as excellent.

Arising from this, it is proposed to continue evaluating future Customer Satisfaction Surveys twice a year and to ensure that Courier Post can achieve a 100% overall performance as excellent.

This can be achieved through evaluating the above performance figures and ensuring additional training in the areas that require improvement.
